Are Green Lasers Dazzlers
Most green lasers are not Dazzlers. A "Dazzler" is high powered laser product intended for long range lasing and requires extensive training for safe deployment.What's In The Box?
Z-Bolt Green Lasers are FDA Class IIIa eye safe in normal use both in and outdoors. No training is required to use these green laser pointers and they are currently used in academia, business and military.
Each Z-Bolt green laser pointer is packaged with instructions, two AAA alkaline batteries, a spare or alternative end cap with a lanyard ring, one Z-Bolt power certified green laser with "Z-Bolt Double Tap" circuit control all packaged in a custom padded gift case as shown in the many images on this site. All lasers we ship are FDA Class IIIa < 5mw, 532nm, green beam.
Can I See The Green Dot During The Daytime?
Indoors you will always be more than satisfied and see the green dot 99% of the time even with bright indoor lighting. Depending upon the indoor air quality ( dust etc. ) you may see the green beam too.
Outdoors during the peak light of a sunny day, it is possible to see the green dot depending upon the item you are lasing and the distance from your position.
Dusk to dawn outdoors these green lasers are outstanding and can easily be used for star pointing. Once again if there are impurities in the air, the beam is crisp, easy to see and the green dot very bright.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We require that you open and inspect your order and report any problems to us within five business days of receipt.
Should you be dis-satisfied with our products, we will replace, refund or issue credit on merchandise returned in unused condition within 30 days of original shipment to you. Credit is issued in the same payment method used for your original purchase and is issued after we receive your product back in our warehouse.
Every item we sell is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date your order is shipped. We will replace any laser used in a manner consistent with office laser pointers.

Backorders, Out of Stock
Products temporarily out of stock ( backordered ) are held until the entire order is ready to be shipped. At that time your order will be processed and shipped. In the event a backorder cannot be filled within two weeks, we will notify you and provide the option of shipping a partial order, charging you only for those items that are shipped. Backorders can be cancelled at your request as long as the order has not been billed and prepared for shipping.
Sales Tax
All shipments to consumers ( end users ) within the State of California are charged 9.25 percent sales tax on products sold. Shipments delivered within Los Angeles County, State of California are charged 9.75 percent sales tax on products sold.
We do not charge tax on shipments to anywhere except California. Payment of tax to your local agency, if any, is your responsibility.

We accept Visa & MasterCard or PayPal for online orders. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. Please note that we hold your order until checks have cleared our account. This will add 10 business days before your order can be shipped after receipt of payment.
Returns
We guarantee satisfaction. To return an item purchased from us for credit, refund or replacement, simply send an email or call the appropriate number using the contact information in our e-store. During regular business hours, we respond to inquiries typically within 24 hours, but could take as long as 72 hours. Do not ship returns without a Return Authorization Number, it is our only means of associating your customer information, purchase, and return shipment.
Fraud Prevention
We exercise very conservative rules when processing orders. We reserve the right to hold and not process your order until we are satisfied all supporting customer information is correct and accurate. We reserve the right to cancel and not process any order which we believe may be fraudulent.
Our shopping carts use industry standard SSL encryption and certificates. We also use advanced IP country detection comparing the on-line shoppers country against the payment billing address.
Refunds
All refunds are issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase. Return shipping is not refundable unless we made an error in your order. Refunds are issued promptly for all products returned in unused factory fresh condition, with an RMA number. Other than warranty issues, all requests for refunds must be done within 30 days of purchase.Shipping Errors & Damages
Errors can happen and when we make a mistake we want to make it right as soon as possible. For that reason, we request you contact us within five business days to report any shipping errors. After five business days we may not be able to correct the problem.

Shipping damages. Please save the shipping container and all packing materials. Without them, carriers will not be able to process claims for damage.
